WebSorry you're having problems switching over to the Norton. I suspect the reason you're having problems is because your BT ID is just a name rather than an e-mail address. You need to rename the BT ID to an e-mail address. To do this go to My BT > Personal Details. You'll need to access the email to validate the link sent to you. You cant find anything online now in regards to Mcafee and BT, they have removed everything possible so customers wont be able to dispute it!
