The jewelcrafer only gems are only 7 stats over the normal epic gems, so you effectively get an extra 21 stat points. Blacksmiths are rumored to get 2 full bop slots, which would give them 40 extra stat points of any stat they want. Enchanters can get 40 stat points worth of ap or spellpower.
